… Bethan brings nearly twenty years of experience in creative operations and executive support to the people and businesses she works with through ILY. 

With a background in music performance and education, Bethan studied at the Royal College of Music and the University of Cambridge whilst building experience in administrative and operational roles. She has supported industry-leading creatives and busy founders, and worked within dynamic, scaling teams as the calm, strategic force behind the scenes.

ILY was created as a natural extension of that experience — an agile space where thoughtful support meets senior-level thinking, helping individuals and businesses work better, not just harder.

Beyond her work in operations, Bethan is deeply motivated by purpose, simplicity and social responsibility. She describes herself as an altruist by nature, and brings that same care-driven approach to her working relationships.

Her personal world is rooted in ritual and grounding practices. She is a senior yoga teacher - specialising in  trauma-informed support - has volunteered her time and skills with charities such as The Movement Charity and Arts Emergency, and raised money for numerous others through her love of long-distance running. 

Whether restructuring workflows or restoring clarity to busy minds, Bethan’s superpower lies in bringing order, ease and focus to the people she supports.
